Nothing new here. The authorities routinely disobey the law and refuse FOIA request. The laws is for us, not them. If they ever do hand over anything it is usually so heavily redacted that it is worthless. David Paulides, and author who investigates the bizarre missing cases from around the country has run into the same roadblock.

OleHickry

Hey, I send FOIAs out all the time. No offense, but your FOIA is extremely broad. You have to narrow it down. I learned this lesson myself. If you need any tips, I'm more than willing to help. Btw, I just received 350pgs on the Finders (all of it is cover-up shit from 1993, not the original investigation from 1987. I will be uploading them when I get to NY in a few days & will post the link to them here).

I've got my shovel ready :)

they are lawless and criminal syndicate. I really worry that the corruption is beyond repair.

DeathTooMasons

How would you "repair" it when they are in charge of the justice system and the very apparatus that is responsible for investigations? It has been a done deal for decades. The citizens do nothing. They think this fake election cycle was real and a Jesuit pedo island visiting good guy is in charge. Not the brightest population.

People are too busy worrying about their lives to look further than cbs news. They don't realize the policies that have created this mess. To succeed, this country needs a total overhaul and reassessment of what a government for the people by the people means. People need to be more involved and playing a larger part of their government at all levels, the cia and a lot of the fake intelligence including surveillance needs to be disbanded.

  1. tax payers should be able to allocate the spending of their own tax money. (get rid of appropriations committees. this would also end lobbying. and corporations would have incentive to pay taxes and keep their finances in the us.) this would make anything considered state secrets unconstitutional and illegal.

  2. most gov jobs & all elected positions should be filled by lottery like jury duty for a specific non-extendable term. people can quit but not be reappointed for the same job consecutively. paid training could be provided to some jobs prior to the term if warranted. you get a bonus if you finish the term and your old private job would be required to take you back.

  3. instead of a judge all lowest level court cases would be heard by a randomly appointed five or seven panel jury with sentencing guidelines and capability. All of this would be filmed and recorded and available on line. a reversed appeal could fine the jurers for improper conduct if they were found to be biased.

  4. schools would have to teach more civics and law and procedure

  5. state law would preempt federal law until state borders are crossed.

thycntkillsusallrght

who is to blame? the lawless or the ones who let the lawless fester.

as citizens, we need to fight back against this, I am gonna submit FOIA requests on these documents and on the fake LL name after my morning coffee.

it all reminds me of the quote: The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything ― Albert Einstein

To some extend, we deserve this, we have gotten too complacent but lets start to change that now.

federalboobsimp

well to 2impendingdoom's point, FOIA requests are largely useless as there is no way to prove any wrongdoing because the FOIA processors are literally the judge, jury, and executioner of the FOIA request - deciding what to share and what not to.

but, careful tactics and other tools, along with FOIA requests can be useful when used in combination and with the general support of others. i don't 1, 10, or 100 people can make a difference but if 1,000 people express interests it may change the political stage because after making money the main goal of politicians is to get re-elected.

tldr, foia requests are only usefull when it can create scandal levels of mistrust or wrongdoing.

2impendingdoom

At this point how can you blame people for not guessing that the highest officials are using fake names? And when they ignore FIOA's and other federal laws, how do you fight that?

ReddittRefugee

when they ignore FIOA's and other federal laws, how do you fight that?

Your only recourse is to sue them.

They know that, and also they know the average Joe Citizen doesn't have the money or free time to go to court over these things, so they often get away with just ignoring FOIA requests when they don't want info to go public.

This is why organizations like Judicial Watch have been set up so that they can fundraise and get enough money to force release of the info using lawsuits.

Remove personal information and then repost. Then let's meet up at coffee city. 🤣

caughttheaccidents2x

its on 8 chan too, the name Taylor Scott Amarel has been going around for a while - might be a fake alias because someone with the same name claimed to bring down one of Tony Rodham's investment companies and recently posted here about Kushner info now being reported in the media.

GoodGodKirk

voat has policies about doxxing, 8ch doesn't.

Using the excuse "well other people are doing it" doesn't fly.

Hi all,

I obtained these images from a private deepweb site (just a random directory I found while digging). The image linked is of a pizza gate related FOIA request but I've noticed that it is "not found" in the FBI vault - as it marked on the image too. I'm curious has anyone else experienced this. There are also other FOIA images on the site included below, most of which indicate the requests were never processed, are "not found", or ignored.

I've submitted FOIA requests in the past on sensitive subjects but I didn't really experience this, just got heavily redacted responses but this appears to be something more. What are you thoughts?

More images here:

Any thoughts?

Soros has probably upped their fee, they are worried, they cannot control all the avenues we are coming at them from!! I sense sweet success soon, it will only take one good breaking news point and the dam will burst.........truth will spill out like an explosion!

DeathTooMasons

Don't count on it. Besides, we have plenty of truth yet we do nothing.
