I came across this instagram account of someone offering "Pizza Tours" in New York.

I'm not sure if I'm being overly suspicious, but I've noted some Pizzagate-like references.

I don't understand the "2 bathrooms" on this note??

What also raises suspicion about this note is that clearly this kid did not write it (it was written by an adult and signed by the kid).
