To me the heart symbol looks like the letter A, which makes it say MAPS, i.e. Minor Attracted Persons. But maybe that's just my imagination.

MOPS is nationwide. It is basically this... a church hosts a MOPS meeting. A bunch of mothers meet at a certain time once a month and they have a bible study. Childcare is also available but for a fee.

Bit of a stretch but I wouldn't immediately discount it without at least looking into who owns the business(is it a business or just some out-of-home service?)
