What better concauction to have than being an elite lobbyist as well as being a large member in the art community. Just think of all the things you can do in their positions. They are printing their own money. But it becomes even easier to transfer between two individuals. You can just gift someone an appraised 4 million dollar painting and not have to have very much if not any paper work to say the exchange happened. The person who receives painting can then do what they choose with the painting. Could be a little bit more complicated but there are definitely weak spots in the system that allows for a ton Of money to be made very easily.
