This has been posted on before. It is already happening with elite especially in Silicon Valley you know where Google, Facebook, Yahoo, & every other tech company exists. There are companies called Ambrosia that are start-ups.

Of course the rich will abuse this and poor kids will be harvested just for their blood.

I read this stuff a few months back and my first thought was how many More children will be abducted/trafficked in order to get young blood.
