So did I. It is very European to do that and I have a friend from Chile that does it as well. I no longer can eat pizza. Maybe someday that will change. When someone is used to eating in finer establishments they become accustomed eating that way, or they grew up that way, as I did. We in my family all ate that way since we are European. As we all once were.
