I remember seeing the video on twitter and it said "ex chief of staff" but i did not know about the state department connection. i know this may not seem pizzagate related, but since we know how much the state department and the potential crisis actors (whether or not you believe the sandy hook conspiracy versus official story versus something inbetween...) are related to human trafficking and deep state, I would say this is pizzagate related, just like Guccifer is pizzagate related, tangentially and by association, perhaps "occult theme" in that they are related in a hidden sense. state dept is related to human trafficking because, well, there are all sorts of reasons (both legitimate and conspiracy type accusations, which may be true in some cases)
