Former Madison County, Virginia Detective Pleads Guilty to Sexually Exploiting Minors
Former Detective Admits to Transporting Minors for Sexual Activity on Multiple Occasions
A former detective with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, who was most recently assigned to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, pleaded guilty today in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia in Charlottesville to multiple charges of sexually exploiting minors. Acting Assistant Attorney General Kenneth A. Blanco of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and Acting U.S. Attorney Rick A. Mountcastle for the Western District of Virginia made the announcement.
Bruce Arlie Harvey, 41, of Reva, Va., pleaded guilty to three counts of transporting a minor across state lines with the intent to engage in criminal sexual acts, three counts of interstate travel with minors with the intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct and one count of possession of child pornography.

Was he transporting them for his own use or someone else's? Oh, now that I re read it, sounds like for his own personal use. What if he was told, if you get caught you tell them it was for your own use and here's some child porn to make you look even more guilty. Which state line was he crossing would be interesting to know. Maybe they'll get some info out of him, but someone up the chain of command will probably stop it from surfacing.
At least one less transporter for them to use. If we take away all their wheels, they may have to start moving the kids on their own. Or hire someone they haven't trained and sufficiently scared into subservience yet. Mistakes will start to happen, their walls will crumble.
