Bruce Arlie Harvey, 41, of Reva, Va., pleaded guilty to three counts of transporting a minor across state lines with the intent to engage in criminal sexual acts, three counts of interstate travel with minors with the intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct and one count of possession of child pornography.

Detective David Edward Abbott was facing four charges: two counts of indecent liberties by a custodian and two counts of using a communication device to solicit sexual offenses with a young boy. For at least two years, Abbott had an inappropriate relationship with a boy, now 13, police alleged. He was accused of soliciting sexual acts on the phone, via text messages and social media. Abbott was also accused of having an "inappropriate relationship with a second male victim" affiliated with the Prince William County hockey league.

It doesn't really explain how they caught these guys. They sound selected. All it says is for two years.. two years what. So about looking at bosses, what happened two years ago.?

Child Molesters should have to wear different colored prison garb in jail. They will all know what they did and respond in kind.

Until we start doing that, I am in favor of marking them in jail. We are seeing them get slaps on the wrist and even no jail time. I will rejoice on the day they get a death sentence but until then we have to use other measures of punishment. They need to be singled out and pointed out. They do not get the right to walk the earth like others, for they have committed a heinous crime. We do not have a death penalty for pedophile crimes, such as rape at this time.
