I know the creator. He is a Trump supporter and definitely supports Free Speech. He is tired of conservatives getting banned from Twitter, Reddit, and Facebook for no reason whatsoever.

I've been on Gab for a while and it's definitely more free than twitter. Of course that attracts the extreme fringes, but the majority of gabbers are ordinary folks.

Been there for a long while and there are plenty of pizzagaters on there discussing things freely.
