Wow I don't doubt this at all, of course they would use the stingray power to Snoop any phone call or text in order to get in on this action. This technology should be banned, but I'm glad this women is able to use it against the police as evidence.

It's no coincidence our traitorous perverts in D.C. support Open Borders groups (they provide free cell phones for refugees and undocumented 'migrants'). Systemic child trafficking made easy! You don't even have to pay to ship the sex slaves in, their own parents bring them. Who are the illegals going to call when their kids go missing? Or if thousands of kids show up without family, who tracks how many there really are or where they end up.

Open Borders agenda IS Global human trafficking. Once implemented across the globe, no one will be able to stop it.

Jasmine Abuslin already won a nearly $1 million settlement from the City of Oakland for its officers’ role in using her for sex as a “modern-day sex slave,” according to her lawyer. Abuslin was being pimped out from the time she was just 12 years old. Soon, police officers got in on the action and the chance to have sex with a minor.

Now, her lawyers have set their sights on the next police department implicated in sex trafficking the teenaged girl. Police in Richmond, California...

While the lawsuit against Richmond PD is still ongoing, Abuslin and her lawyers have already announced their intentions to sue other police departments in the San Francisco Bay Area whose officers took part in sex with her and pimped her out to their colleagues, all the while concealing their activities and protecting their brothers in blue. Abuslin’s lawyers have said they plan to target Alameda County Sherriff’s Office, the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department, and the Livermore Police Department after they settle their claims with Richmond.

If you read some of my comments regarding Stingray technology within this thread https://voat.co/v/politics/2081495 it's not much of a stretch of imagination to see how corrupted police with certain technology can be involved in facilitating child sex trafficking, and/or covering up child trafficking rings and related crimes CP etc.

Edit: here's some of the sources for a quick reference on the technology and it's prevalence...

The ACLU has identified 72 agencies in 24 states and the District of Columbia that own stingrays, but because many agencies continue to shroud their purchase and use of stingrays in secrecy, this map dramatically underrepresents the actual use of stingrays by law enforcement agencies nationwide. https://www.aclu.org/issues/privacy-technology/surveillance-technologies/stingray-tracking-devices-whos-got-them
