Judiciary has been packed with leftist for quite some time now, same as Colleges, etc......this has been one of my greatest fears, that justice will never happen for this very reason.

Statute of limitations may have been an issue. They may have known that they would not be properly prepared by the trial date but forged ahead knowing they would have more definitive material (Awan) later during the retrial. Just a guess.

Above the law? No. Everyone knew this going to be tossed for lack of standing. I really doubt the DNC was ever truly worried about this.

Having done so . . . the Court finds that the named Plaintiffs have not presented a case that is cognizable in federal court.

Without prejudice, so they can tighten it up and refile.

In his ruling, Judge Zloch wrote that the plaintiffs had failed to prove their injury, calling it “too diffuse” for Federal court. Despite the dismissal, Zloch did state that the court assumed the basic claim made by the plaintiffs to have been true; that the DNC acted against Bernie Sanders and in favor of Hillary Clinton despite outward claims of neutrality.

As crushing as this may feel, the lawsuit was a step in the right direction to begin with - it shows there are people willing to stand up for justice, and as we collect momentum, don't expect it to be our last attempt against the elite. One day we will watch them defeated as lightning strikes twice and they are made to pay!
