More meth heads.... they look just like the Antifa arrests in Berkeley. The torture methods sound very familiar for anyone who has been here for the last few moths. I suspect not only is the torture being filmed and distributed in exchange for cash and/or drugs, but the torture regime is coming from above, as well.
