I largely agree with your sentiments. However, in this case I think Verrit needs scrutiny. Clinton is pretty good at shooting herself in the foot. She may have done so here again with this 'company'.

Verrit is a new website by a Clinton supporter. She was promoting it. You can go look at it. It's certainly not some stupid code about an indictment.

My guess would be it's supposed sound like Reddit, but implication of "verified."
