Website says the program has nothing to do with microchips...well, for Missouri anyway. http://mochip.org/what-we-do/ end of first paragraph. But after a cursory glance over the Michigan mason page, it does not appear that microchips are involved in their child ID program either. Tbh it looks like they are doing good work.... Now I'll just stand back a bit in anticipation of the mud flinging ;)
