No kidding some of the top elected officials in government are guilty of these offenses much less contractors. We have a full blown Spy Ring in congress with IT staff taking in over 4 million in the past few years of tax payer money and not even US citizens much less background check. How did they slip through? Sounds like SC need to be taken
