Andrew Kline doesn't own it he is the registered agent for Besta and the Saudis who own the block as @Gothamgirl just again exposed. They are all linked together through Con which was part of the Bin Laden real estate business pre 9/11 and buddies with the Bushes and Clinton's. Registered agents are given to Forein Nationals and that is who Andre Kline is. Research the post @Gothamgirl re-posted if you want answers.

Bin Laden as we have been taught is a fictional CIA character named Tim by the CIA. His family the Bin Laden's are actually wealthy Royals of Saudi Arabia as was explained in the prior post.
