That's your standard for a potential Lead? The Clinton Foundation has a project in a country. Crime exists in that country. Therefore that's a lead? That's a pretty long lead.

@VetGoat84 Also if you are looking into this, the first thing you need to understand how the Clinton Global Iniatiative works. Which is something that a lot of journalists never understood. The Clinton Foundation usually implements their charities programs themselves. In the Clinton Global Initiative, people come together to present solutions to unsolved issues and then they go off and do the work themselves. They are the ones putting but the money, not CGI. The CGI doesn't go to Guatemala. Columbia College Does. The CGI is a facilitator organization, not an implementation organization.

Thanks for the clarification. But, yes I know how this works. The main questions I have; we share. Hence the post and questions and not my own Pulitzer. What raises my suspicions, and forgive me if I wasn't clear, is why in 2009 a $2.9M project gets started with CC and this Bagby guy with no internal records in CC's total database. Also, why the sudden spike in child trafficking at the same time and the sudden legislation in the same year, yet a continuous rise of incidents and a current +50% average of child victims to adult victims in Gaut. Why the name change. Why the predatory micro-financing that almost always (so far wholefoods seems to be the only one on the level, despite JA co-owning one down the way from CP) in devious practice and desperate in-debtees. I'm saying the whole thing smells like shit. you have good points. I'll try to address later, just take it easy. I have a job and am a full-time student whilst dealing with shitty renters.

This could be nothing (and it seems awfully crazy to be frank), but look into Gary Lee Munroe Barney. We came across this guy 7 months ago thinking he was affiliated with the World Corp videos that were released, but I don't believe a solid connection was ever established.

However, if you delve down the path of looking into this guy, shit gets weird. He talks about children from Guatemala being "microchipped" and sent to different countries to spy. He talks nonstop about Guatemala, child abuse/rape/microchipping.

Basic rule of law enforcement: If something is raising red flags to you, you are NEVER in the wrong to bring it up. If it ends up being wrong, then it was simply a false alarm or dead end line (this happens a lot in legit investigations so don't fret). If right, then something good came from it.

Interesting right? It seems way too farfetched to be true, but some of the themes and mentions he has brought up sparked my interest. It seems like the ramblings of a mentally ill man, but at the same time I can't help but seriously consider some of the things he states as possibly being metaphor. Perhaps "spy chips" could refer to abducted/trafficked/at-risk children having RFID chips inserted into them by the traffickers, which has been done before plenty of times in the past. The other thing that brings up a question for me is how someone like this is allowed to be around children, especially with whom he's working with? Not to mention the multitude of images of different IDs and certifications to do his work in different countries.
