I found this page but haven't had time to explore it (Irma has kept me busy). One of the documents basically is an informational book on child protective services. https://www.childwelfare.gov/pubPDFs/confide.pdf#page=3&view=When%20Public%20Disclosure%20of%20Records%20Is%20Allowed

Can someone go through this document and come up with some conclusions as to how we can attack this monster using their own policies against them?

When can records be requested and by whom?

Is there ways to find out if they are violating their policies?

And what can we do to begin getting these laws changed?

In almost all of these cases, the substance of investigations is kept confidential, making it difficult to know if there are other cases where social workers overlooked alarming evidence of abuse. Social services officials operate in near-impervious secrecy, which is bolstered by some of the nation's strictest confidentiality laws, making public oversight and accountability of individual child welfare investigations almost impossible.

Because of this, it would have been easy for the troubling details of the Yoder case to stay buried forever.

Okay. What can we do to change this? This is basically a blank check authorizing rampant corruption.

What can we do to change this?

Pretend you're a PI and start investigating.

Look for a contact list for the agency, buy a burner phone with cash, go to a highly populated location while avoiding cameras, turn on phone, start calling people, pretend to be a reporter, ask for information on who is abusing the kids.

Then, try to catch them in a compromising situation (review surveillance laws, this varies by state), leak the info anonymously while on public wifi, and force an investigation.

DeathTooMasons

By they way, have you checked the children?

DeathTooMasons

That is the way our system works. Or at least it suggest that those being investigated aren't freelance porn ring people, they are connceted to the states ring. They can't be touched. It amazes me that some of you follow the Awan bros saga in hopes that it leads a trail back to Hillary and arrest start. Impossible. I am glad you understood the bottom line in the sentence you typed. Most are slow to this realization.

They are from the government and they are here to help...

From article:

"They stumbled upon a child porn ring, then did nothing. In Riverside County, Child Services investigates tens of thousands of complaints against parents each year. But this one was different. And they didn't dig. It is the most secretive system."

carmencita

The ring included some of the highest elite up on the ladder, evidently. Gotta keep 'em hidden, you know. They hear no evil see no evil and speak of no evil doers.

DeathTooMasons

No consequences, no change in behavior.

HighLevelInsider

And yet you relentlessly defame me for suggesting different tactics. Are you done letting kids get raped yet, or do you want to find more circumstantial evidence that doesn't get investigated because the pedophiles control the police?

carmencita

Yep, well we have to keep pushing. We have to keep telling people about this stuff. Keep posting on bloggs from @MedicallyKidnapped for it will take people to these cases. This is where they will find the proof that this is going on. This is a long and winding road. It will not be easy. When writing about it be sure to add the link, they will be more apt to check it out if you post it within your emails or blogs you visit.
