Govt site says i need to have a personal connection with the deceased or demonstrate direct tangible interest. Gonna assume "pizzagate research" will not qualify as tangivle interest. So outside of waiting 50 years for records to become public i assume his family is our only hope to get that document and from what ive seen they are too scared to help. So i would say the death certificate is a moot point. Theres no reason why we should be in possession of it based on current standards. The family not wanting to investigate is definitely suspect but still far from proof that he is still alive. Any other evidence?

It would be just as hard to prove he died. I believe the fbi he was meeing with that morning took him from the hospital and stabilized him at a black site hospital

So you dont have any other evidence for this outside of a lack of a death certificate, which is pretty much normal. unless the family wants to release his death certificate we dont have access to it per normal govt protocol.

Im not saying you are wrong for sure. But if thats all your evidence then your explanation is no more likely than him being dead, its probably less likely.
