It's not the sign on the blue awning but the Politics & Prose sign on the roof. The "&" symbol is exaggerated to form a pedo spiral.

If I remember correctly, it was something like a girl lover symbol under a photo of Hillary Clinton and some other people on their website, not the spiral. But of course, trying to find it with Google is next to impossible now.
