Am I missing something because none of the medical sites like the link above seem to indicate that this is an acutely killing disease. You treat it with tylenol and it usually goes away on its own. How was Rago all of a sudden dead? Is Sarcoidosis another of the "six ways to Sunday"? Can someone be intentionally infected/transfered?

Are there any medical people here who have more insight on this disease?
