This explains why "he" stopped shooting a full hour before police got to him, he had over a thousand rounds of ammo remaining , why quit shooting or suicide himself so early? It makes sense that he was a fall guy and the real terrorists fled the scene so they wouldn't get caught.

Him running guns would also help account for his wealth. His last known employment that I saw was in 1988. But he owned multiple homes with no mortgages and 2 airplanes, etc. Also, if he owned airplanes and wanted to kill a bunch of people, why not fly the plane into the concert crowd of 22k people?
