Been trying to find pics of Paddocks brother that has the long police record, Stephen and Eric look similar.

If that wasn't Stephen, could it have been brother? If Stephen didnt die, he would easily be sighted at casinos everwhere.

I'm assuming whoever originally wrote the above comment did not have a good command of the English language. He probably meant the actual Stephen Paddock could have been an MK Ultra controlled plant and not even be aware of his role in Vegas. Or a double might have been used either in Vegas or at the casino in Atlanta.

Then again Paddock does not look that different from many of the degenerate appearing gamblers.
