I went through extensive interviews, application, and frequent visits. I cannot believe that in some places the foster home program is so bad as to miss this. I ache for the kids.....

Years ago (70s) Just applied with the local agency and filled out the forms. Actually got 3 kids at 11 at night before all the forms were processed. I said 2 kids max. They had nowhere to put them and said they would have to put them in jail if I didn't take them in. They had been with their mother who was a sad case and not a good home. Worked with the social worker to help their dad and his wife get custody....safer more stable home.

This is literally disgusting. There are way more victims than five out of 180. Who in the hell places 180 young girls with a guy and raises no red flags....

This finding on the basis of children removed from families also occurs in the U.K. And needs to be stopped. If all are subjected to the kinds of scrutiny and testing you describe, then how the hell has this bastard manages to foster 180 girls? There has to be outside help and/or complicity to enable this. Barbara Schaffer dies trying to expose this scandal. There will be far more than the 4 or 5 he's being arrested for. I pray they come forward. I pray they will be supported to do so. And I hope he rots in hell.
