The pizza reference has been included in a disturbing song, I'm pretty sure it was on an album about beating up children (and not to protest child abuse either)... the song stopped midway and said something like, "CP stands for Cheese Pizza and Cheese Pizza stands for Child Porn", it may have been a quote from Beavis and Butthead.
