A "target" of an investigation is almost surely to be indicated. Manafort is likely, officially a target since they got a search warrant against him and searched his house with no warning. Trump obviously knows what is going on. My guess is they are letting this build to the point where everyone realizes that there is something fishy going on. About that time (hopefully) the nation's conscience will realize that Mueller is as guilty as the criminals he is investigating. And then demand his head, the rest of DOJ/FBI heads and let things play out from there. Stay tuned...

It sounds good, but remember what Hilary / Obama did. They had 'investigations' that immediately gave the suspects immunity - as long as they shut up. Her IT guy got immunity. In exchange for testimony? No. To take him out of the game. Shut up and you walk free. This could be an effort to firewall the Hillary / Obama criminality.
