Things that stuck out to me are:

  • big vs. small sexual dynamic

  • it sounds like they're repeatedly saying "I fell in love with the pizza, girl", not "pizza girl"

  • at the beginning they all emphasize pulling a long piece of cheese from the pizza

  • the song makes more sense as a love song to pizza (as a code word)

  • the female actress did softcore porn (but I don't know whether that was before or after this video)

  • As EliteTakeOver2029 mentions, there is also the cannibal symbolism
