Lexington could've been a stop to pick others up then they could've flown to Washington (it's only an hour) then out of the country?

My take on it is that Podesta tried to get out of the country before the indictment, and Trump sent the military to round him up (force Podesta's plane down), which would explain why Q Anon's notes say "delay." Meaning Podesta's near escape was unforeseen.

It's all speculation at this point.

Unless he has some sort of special deal to fly in masked planes you can trace his tail number at flightaware.com. Guys like him have a lot of options they can probably fly secretly though so I don't know if tracking him would be possible.
