Did you read that message about the "State of Emergency" on Sunday issued due to the expected fallout over Podesta's arrest?

WE all know by now: no such thing as coincidences....

It wasn't an emergency broadcast, it was an AMBER Alert.

An AMBER Alert or a Child Abduction Emergency [...] is a child abduction alert system. It originated in the United States in 1996.

[...]

The decision to declare an AMBER Alert is made by each police organization (in many cases, the state police or highway patrol) that investigates each of the abductions. Public information in an AMBER Alert usually consists of the name and description of the abductee, a description of the suspected abductor, and a description and license plate number of the abductor's vehicle, if available.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMBER_Alert | https://www.amberalert.gov/

They may be testing out the system, or using the fact of the alerts as a metaphoric message on its own.

On the other hand, if you look at it from the skeptic's perspective and assume that the whole Q thing is actually initiated by "the other side" for whatever strategic reason, then targeting the alert at well-known conspiracy journalists with a significant following is a relatively easy way to spread the message you want to the people you want, without actually triggering the warning for and causing any panic among "normal people", potentially even making the former group appear as fakers. So if the Q narrative is created by the other side for any reason, then these alerts can just as easily be created to back up that narrative, and they can be created selectively.

Also, these things do just happen sometimes . Coincidence is a possibility.

I'm not saying either of these is the case, just adding a perspective that, due to confirmation bias, is underrepresented and less discussed.

Coincidence is always a possibility. Chances are, it's not very likely ;-) BTW, to everyone here: sensitive2 is my alt of mod sensitive - I lost my pw and had to re-register. Would be awfully nice if you could help me out with some comment contribution points! I will later explain in detail and re-introduce myself in v/pizzagatemods . Thanks.

That's exactly the irrational, biased thinking that makes the community oftentimes shoot itself in the foot.

I was going to downvoat you @wecanhelp , but, I'll upvoat instead so the both of you are on neutral for this exchange...

@millenial_vulcan is being fair to an extent, when stating that there is "no such thing as coincidences", it shouldn't be taken too literally, as of course, SOME things are mere coincidence. But, the more you look into this stuff and the more you contemplate life and existence abroad, the good and bad... all of it... the more it becomes apparent, that most anything has a 'reason' behind it, more to the point, a cause for the effect - consider the butterfly effect, if you will.

Underlying point, many so-called coincidences can actually be calculated as being the result of a chain of decisions, actions and events, both directly and indirectly related - yes, if you go searching for these connections, you can mess up and fall down a rabbit-hole or arrive at a warped conclusion, but, this isn't always the case - same as the cases of coincidences varying in their randomness or apparent lack thereof.

Peace :)

Do whatever the fuck you want. Upvoat, downvoat, don't give a crap!

Don't give yourself so much importance.

@argosciv , all I'm saying is that correlation does not imply causation , and suggesting otherwise provides capital for smearing or discrediting the community by pointing out its logical fallacies (rightly). This is especially true when someone categorically announces that said logical fallacy is what the whole community operates by.

My original comment was merely meant to illustrate that a biased, wishful interpretation that is most common on this sub is a flawed way to look at bits of information that may or may not relate to one another in a fairly complex world. I am perfectly aware of actual causations related to Pizzagate. If you read my statements in context, you may notice that I started with two causation theories before I added in a possibility of simple coincidence. Not adding in that possibility is what separates rational thinking from the stereotypical conspiracy theorist mindset.

Peace.

Paul Goodman with his book"Growing Up Absurd" negatively influenced my generation with what I've come to call "Relativism". He was an evil man. I remember.

His ways of (not) thinking, included a lot of looping logic, that ended only in ethical confusion always. I'm only trying to bring another view. Brainwashing affects all of us, it's in the air. We can loose sight of the goal trying to understand a perfect strategy.

Can someone post the Q comment Liz is referring to? That the thread here.

argosciv

Fair enough, I can't argue against that lol. I'm off for the night shortly anyway :P

Have a good one.
