Ok so we got the 12 indictments being revealed at 5am NY time

running a book, HRC at 3 to 1 . jokes aside, this is a forum in lead up to the release - 1) does anyone have a link to the direct source when they get unsealed 2) dissemination routes and tactics 3) Is Sessions confirmed as unrecused from these indictments (or do the prosecutions remain at a lower level than Jeff 'Bong' Sessions ??

I look forward to this to be honest, and I am no fan of Muller. This has my curiosity as Flynn never operated on an official capacity, he was a civilian at the time these events occurred ( well as civi as an ex.General ever gets ) but legally a civilian. Even I am starting to consider if Muller was given immunity to flip the Russia narrative over to the U1 scandal using the momentum the left brought with it.

No, there really are sealed indictments. I've seen legit people talking about that. We just need to find out who, and so far, I haven't been able to find anything.

AFAIK a sealed indictment is not unsealed until the person is in custody, I think the premise of they will be unsealed in X time is a lemon. Also if the indictments are all related they may not release until all are in custody so as to not tip the others off.

You could be right, but why would the initial indictments (Manafort/Gates/Papadopoulos) be open and the following ("lower") indictments be sealed? It would only make sense if they were "higher". Or am I missing something?
