Haven't found this news bit posted or commented anywhere here although Frost tweeted it on Nov. 6 already. Frost paid several bucks to access the records and found that neither Podesta has been arrested yet:

If the records are sealed. They can't be 'unsealed' just by paying for record reports online. So hopefully this is misinformation and they have indeed been arrested.

The Podestas are not in custody.

You can have a sealed indictment, but unless they are going into witness protection, you are not going to have a secret arrest.

You have to go before a judge within 72 hours. This stupid Podesta is custody LARP said he was already in custody on Friday. It's late Tues. It didn't happen.
