What is the importance of it biologically wise? DMT is a halucongenic agent, chemical. It is the stuff that lets our souls, inner selves experience dreams. During sleep the enzym is disabled and some DMT is made enabling dreaming.

Under normal wake conditions, the enzym is added to the mix of melatonine, preventing DMT from being made / reacted. Thus, under normal awake conditions, there will be no DMT present in the pineal gland.

There is another condition under which DMT is generated in the pineal gland, besides during sleep. That other condition is: DEATH . When a living creature dies, DMT is released, taking the inner-self into a halucination, that some describe as a NDE (near-death-experience). This happens to shield the perceptional soul from the dieing of the physical body.

This is why DMT is also called the Soul Molecule. There is another reference pertaining to death and a soul taking off into another world: The concept "Rainbow Bridge". Which is a metaphor for the passing of the soul to the afterworld.

And here is where it is all tied together: The torture of fetusses and subsequent killing there-of. The torture yields adrenaline and increases DMT yield upon death of the fetus. The DMT accumulates in the pineal gland, and the breakdown of the chemical is what causes the spiritual halucination. Satanist abortion doctors do not want the DMT to go to waste.
