I was lurking /pol/ the night this went down...it was crazy...I saw the download screen, but I was under the impression nobody was able to download the files. Then everything went quiet about the subject. I guess somebody was able to download after all.

I agree with what you said pretty much 100%...like I have said many times, I am an FBI Anon literalist and pizzagate is about the sins of the Clinton Foundation. That being said, if there was CP on the Comet server..ruh-roh...it is a game changer. Here's my take...if he in fact got in to the server, he either downloaded the files or took screenshots..we are talking about a tech savvy /pol/ anon here, which means he ain't stupid and this wasn't his first rodeo. But he's not going to outright admit it, because that would be an admission of being in possession of CP...so I still think the prudent thing to do is keep an open mind and see how it plays out. This seems to be happening amongst Twitter users, so no need for v:/pizzagate to get balls deep at this point.

I saw it go down live...and yes, there was lots of back and forth about that at the time...and then everything went quiet. Just like everything else, we keep an open mind and reserve final judgement until we see proof.

I don't get it. You were there at CPP when the guy shot into it, or do you mean when it was being hacked. It had to have been hacked of course, before it was shot into. They then took it away. Newsham and friends must have had a high old time viewing that CP Stash. Sick Vermin Scumbags.

I was lurking on /pol/ when the actual thread was going down...they were posting screen shots of a page with .mov files for download...they were trying to a) get in and download files and b) figure out if this download feature was just a standard feature of the particular website building software. I did not see confirmation either way...and then the subject got really quiet and Comet changed their website. The scenario of him actually getting files/screenshots and going immediately to the police is plausible, because if your intentions were honest, no way you keep that kind of material.

Yes, well he did the right thing. I mean what else can you do, you can't keep that stuff or end up in jail. The laws are upside down. We fight it and end up in jail. The do it and stay free. There must be a way to send this stuff to a Safe Place for CP when you discover it.

Interesting interview. Thanks Witch Doc and Titus. Been wondering about this part of story for a long time. He could be full of it, but his retelling sure sounds genuine to me.

Hacker said he didn't download any child porn because he didn't want to get arrested. He acted like he got something but didn't get real specific about everything he did get.

Anonymously disseminate the information to public access. If he was good enough to get in he could have thought of that, imo.
