You can clearly see in this archive http://archive.is/GHIW4 that he has been working on Child Trafficking for years and his tweets show it, The other account is a completely different man depicted in videos... I do not see a Child Trafficking prevention background anywhere. This is a puzzle that I just spent 30 mins trying to solve... He is actually FBI because his email tags refers him as FBI Child Exploitation Task Force also Detective/Task Force. Also, He could have very well changed his twitter account name to a different name, making it difficult to relocate him... It's hard to tell but more than likely that is what he did.
