Democrat David Alcon is running for the open Second District Congressional Seat in New Mexico. Alcon was arrested on November 10 after he stalked a woman he met at a Halloween party and stalked her for several days.

The Democrat was arrested after texting photos of his genitals and telling her he was outside of her apartment.
