It's about Hagopian. He's the author. Steele is merely one of the vessels in which Hagopian's work rests. Hagopian maintains his own website. Hagopian's work has appeared at numerous places. I first stumbled upon Hagopian years ago when he wrote a trilogy about "three generals" from West Point. Hagoopian experienced West Point, about which he has written, and about which there was legal action. The reader may use his chosen search engine.
