This "I'm against rape, but....." is disgusting.

"Blaming the victim" great. Not.

And defending Spacey and Weinstein of all people...

"If you go through history, almost everyone is guilty of sleeping with minors. Why not throw everyone in jail right away?" (Morrissey)

Morrissey: “I want Germany to be German. I want France to be French." “If you try to make everything multicultural, you will not have any culture in the end."

Can agree with this. I live in the UK and the islamification of Europe is very very frightening

Narcissism

Like I said before, when cornered they'll just blame the kids.

Ok, I admit, I always had some sympathy for Morrissey, although not sharing all of his views and opinions. But I like that he never tried to be Mr Niceguy. I am now not defending, what he said, but I think we have to look closer. There is always a "subtext". And we know, Morrissey is a miserable man who loves to say nasty things to annoy his interviewers (if he gives an interview at all). Guess that's another example of the Morrissey-tradition of provocation and then enjoying the reactions. But, we also know, that he usually means what he says. He's a cynic but not liar.

So, maybe he also wanted to tell us (the upset public) in "his words", never to forget to differentiate - between rape, murder, perverse pedos and satanist rituals, which is an awful crime - and sexist misbehaviour, which is not polite, but not really a crime.
He's not alone. Just recently I had some discussions with some of my friends. They are now annoyed by the "metoo"-capaign and start defending the delinquents (although they are nice people and no pedos). They are talking of "witchhunt" and "new feminist pc prudes" and that "some of the women, who are now coming forward, did actually NOT run away from Weinstein", so that they obviously "accepted his offers to get a career" (means, that these women are not much better than "hookers")... I then said, that this does not make Weinstein look any better, but of course, it's a difference, if someone rapes a little kid in a satanist ritual, slaughters it and drinks its blood than asking an aspiring actress for a "massage" and promising her a job in the new movie... etc...etc... similar with Spacey, although I think, Morrissey maybe did not know about all the accusations we know now, which indeed include "rape".

So, are they totally wrong?... I just read some article by a (feminist + rightwing) author in a german blog. She also is annoyed that there is not much differentiation - or the wrong one: The (leftist) SJWs are organizing "Pussy hat" demonstrations against Trump's silly sexist jokes - but they are calm about pizzagate or the raping muslim immigrants. Because blaming Trump is "cool", but blaming the muslim immigrants or the Clintons would be against their agenda. And sometimes I think this lack of differentiation is a tactic by "them (=the elites ruled media)" to confuse us and spoil a serious investigation. The reason I am a member on this site, is, that I want to see the evil guys exposed! - these rapists and members of satanist cults and pedophile rings! And I want to see them in jail! But do we really need to put someone who ( just!) groped someone else's ass 30 years ago on trial ?

I don't know anything about Morrissey's private life (does anyone?), but I do not see him mingling with the elite. He's the biggest critic of the Royals and other elitist people ("Margaret on the Guillotine" about Maggie Thatcher). He wrote songs about the Moors Murders ("Suffer Little Children") and sexual abuse ("Reel Around the Fountain", "The Hand That Rocks the Cradle") . And there were always rumours he was himself a victim of abuse in his youth, although he always denied. I also read somewhere, that the Smith-song "Panic / Hang The DJ" was about Jimmy Savile. Officially it's not about Savile, but about DJ Steve Wright playing bad music, but the lyrics (and the so called "Promo-Video"!) also fit very well on Savile.
