The princes are being tortured for political reasons by another prince. If you are sure any Arab prince is a child raping bastard why the glee that one child raping bastard is having other child raping bastards tortured? Meanwhile at least one Blackwater operative has been arrested for crimes against a child. My guess, there are a number of child raping bastards in Blackwater ranks.
