The episode I saw had the two younger boys from this shitbag family go over

They do it out on the family dining room table. Mother in the kitchen.

Tea and biscuits for the kids. Dad comes home from work. Asks what's going on.

Asks where his daughter is because she's not visible.

Pulls it up, sees his daughter hiding under there.
He's still confused. Asks her what she's doing.

I made the mistake of watching a few episodes of Big Mouth to see if it was as bad as I had heard. It was, and so much more. One of the episodes has the "Hormone Monster" sitting with the two main characters, and they are saying something like "Can you imagine that? A show that's about a bunch of young kids masturbating?" Then another character says "I think you just described child pornography," and the Hormone Monster character says "Well maybe if it was animated, they could get away with it," and then all three characters glance at the screen. I'm not even kidding. That is a "joke" in this show.
