He made a remark about the people manning the ships in the storm being more preoccupied about saving their ships than their own lives. Boat symbolism is big in Masonic imagery. It carries the treasure.

I'm glad he stopped dying his hair orange.

I don't know. If it means something I was mulling over something close to this.

Whenever shit hits the fan in their world priority number one is protecting the system and the assets that do the heavy lifting and "carry the weight." Protect their banks, institutions, foundations, system of government, etc...

In the past they made their fortunes carrying cargo in commerce and that consisted of commodities and gold. The ship "carried the weight/tonnage" and was also the foundation and system of their power and wealth. So protecting the ships was the most important thing and all else be damned in the process of that.

I have no idea how that would extrapolate into what we see now. Or if it even does. Maybe I am wildly off base. It just popped into my mind immediately when he spoke.
