Besta Pizza not licensed/listed in searchable DC business license database, but Comet Pizza is. Anyone know why? ( pizzagate )

I hadn't updated myself on PizzaGate details in a couple months so I was reading through the fully sourced thread that's stickied and followed along checking sources. I was on Besta Pizza's current website where they say: "We pride ourselves (After 22 years in business) in providing a menu that’s prepared with only the freshest ingredients." so I decided to check and see if they were really registered as a business that long. There may be a simple explanation that I am just unaware of because this is way too obvious, but when you go to the DC business license database here: https://eservices.dcra.dc.gov/BBLV/Default.aspx and search "comet pizza" it comes up fine...yet 3 doors down "besta pizza" has no record I can find? You can try by address too. Even if it was just developed a couple years ago wouldn't they still need to be registered in DC? I decided to check the Maryland business license database next, here: https://jportal.mdcourts.gov/license/pbPublicSearch.jsp but neither is licensed there. Different jurisdiction?

Could by Saudi Connection? Remember that the entire block is owned by Saudis. I am sure you know they don't have to play by the rules https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/2226704 Also they are the same ones that own the top floors of Mandalay Bay and also connects to Bill Gates. Check the Search Bar there are quite a few about Besta Pizza.

It could be because the business is listed under a different name.

Unfortunately, you'd have to know the business license number. If you did a search for that, you'd see the name it was originally licensed under. Is there a search for dba?!!! The business registration has to be visible in any place conducting business. They give you copies of it to post when you register it.

Look at Besta Pizza's first yelp review (4.0 star rating 7/15/2006 https://www.yelp.com/biz/besta-pizza-washington?sort_by=date_asc) ). It's by this dude "Nelson Abramson". He lists a blog on his yelp profile ( http://neltor.blogspot.com/2006/07/i-might-as-well.html) ). His first blog post was created on 7/18/2006 (3 days after Besta Pizza's first Yelp review of his) which read: 

The reasons why I haven't had a blog before:
I have no attention span
I don't see a huge reason to have a blog
I prefer to hear myself speak, rather than type
Who would read it anyway?

So many weird details the further you look...maybe it's nothing, but it's an odd statement at an odd time with an odd pizza business that is apparently (now) unlicensed.
