Since McCain and the boot has been posted and left up before I feel I can post this. I know someone from his campaign has been indicted for pedophilia. Is there any evidence John himself is involved. He is of course deep in the swamp and no doubt knows stuff even if he doesn't do it himself. So the lame excuse for his boot change may mean that he has been indicted for something and is wearing an ankle bracelet under the boot.

His explanation would hold up if it were a knee injury. I didn't switch legs when I had a PCL injury, but I took it off and put weight on the bad leg for a few hours. Putting the brace on the other leg makes 0 sense. An Achilles is debilitating. You cannot put all the pressure on the ankle that had surgery. No Dr will ever allow you to switch the brace on an Achilles injury.

There's a reason for the phrase "Achilles heel". That shit doesn't heal fast at all. Granted him and his own claimed a "minor injury", it is still surprising he wasn't in a wheelchair the first time this development went public (since then he has been in a wheelchair), but there is no reason as to why he would "switch feet" How the fuck does that even make sense?? If for any reason he needed to take off the boot, he would just leave it off of both feet, not switch it to the other foot... Like wtf. Something is definitely awry.

Ah yes. The old "I decided to dangerously stress the leg upon which I just had surgery on my Achilles which takes a full 6-8 weeks to heal properly before the leg should bear any weight" excuse. The theory is that pants ride up and expose the monitor when a person sits or raises the leg on stairs, and the boot hides that. A satellite isn't going to be able to track or stop people in real time the way an attached monitor can. I thought the boot covering the ankle tracker was a stupid idea UNTIL McCain switched legs which seems even stupider, so I'm now kind of thinking it really is hiding an ankle monitor.

Not me. Its the dumbest way I can think of to hide an ankle monitor. When I said satellites I don't mean for the tracking, i'm just talking about how advanced our technology is, period.

In other words they don't even need an ankle bracelet to track people. There are probably dozens of tracking devices that can be placed on the body that we don't even know about, done in may clever ways, like maybe a light harness or whatever. I damn sure would not use a boot to cover my ankle monitor, I would just wear my pants longer than normal. Even though I hate it his explanation of stressing the good foot is perfectly accurate because it happened to me when I hurt one leg. Or I think he was faking. But I don't buy the boot theory unless it was just punishment from the Trump administration.

Just because we have high technology (re: super small ankle bracelets) doesn't mean it gets used. The weight on the bracelet is a reminder, a subtle shaming tactic and a police/courts expense. If they continue to work, they will NOT be upgraded.

I agree that ankle monitors are for "shaming" as well as tracking. The court isn't concerned if it's ugly or unsightly or large or visible. But what the court might agree to is switching ankles if the original ankle got injured, say, from the monitor being compressed into the skin of an elderly person because they had wrapped a velcro walking boot around it. Heh.

Just out of curiosity, when people always say "satellite tracking"..... I think back to the LORAN system... used on the oceans before GPS satellites. It triangulated position of the transponder between three land based towers. So what's the use in using such expensive satellites if positioning was already done with land based towers? For that matter, if the earth were a sphere 24,901 miles in circumference, how the heck could a tower connect with a ship a hundred miles away? Doing the math, there would be a 3,000+ foot hump between the tower and the ship at 100 miles.... .and the towers sent a signal straight to the boat and back to measure distance. Hmmm.... Any photos of those satellites up there? Nope just cartoon images :/

That's not how people had it figured at all. Why the lie? You can also put a camera on a flat table and watch things disappear.... or go "over the horizon". Nowadays, they make cameras that have more magnification than astronomy telescopes and far better imaging; you can literally zoom in on the moon.
