Not sure if this is still the case, but only a few years back it was legal to own cp in Japan. Not legal to make it however. By the lack of laws they have actually created a cultural problem that will be hard to reverse. I always thought it had something to do with population control. The last thing Japan needs is more people, so they mess up the minds of people through media. Many Japanese women do not want kids for various reasons.

"Manga" is split into sections, depending on your interests dystopia, scifi, horror etc. Then there are sections that i am not entirely sure what they were about but the manga was mainly scantily clad school girls.
