My best guess, youtube's self-censoring feature is screwing up. Someone already mentioned that a lot of people search "how to have sex talk with your kids". If "sex" is autoreplaced as "s* x" an error could cause "sex talk" to be regarded as one term and also get replaced with "s* x", resulting in "how to have s*x with your kids". Look at the weird spacing of "s * x" in the second result if you need more evidence that it's replacement feature rather than the predictive feature causing the weird results.
