What's going on in LA? Why are all these people buying property in LA recently? Jay Z bought a house in LA for $88M in September. Are they planning on seceding California? Or is this an insurance scheme for impending (((natural disaster))) they have foreknowledge of? What's going on here?

Daryl Katz is also Vancouver neighbors with fellow Canadian mining mogul Frank Guistra. Related to Pizzagate because Katz is a CF donor, moving money around in Hollywood, tied to Canadian mining companies, works with childrens charities, and has recently been accused of sexual misconduct.

It's quite possible that it's a way to move money around. Sort of like art sales. When someone overpays for trash posing as art, no one questions $50 million going into someone's pocket. They would question it if someone just gave it to them though.

There used to be a site called underground America? Just guessing. I can't find it now. This guy basically took all information on underground tunnels in every city, plus here say on his site.
