At least in the UK abuse survivors are given a sympathetic hearing by the MSM, and their harrowing stories are generally believed by the viewing public - with the glaring exception of the so-called "officer class" who just sneer dismissively at these sort of accusations. Unfortunately the varoius inquiries/cover-ups have been strung along for so long the list of living perpetrators and victims gets shorter and shorter.
