Would it be inhumane to sentence convicted pedophiles to a Gladiator of Shame Battle Royale?

cthulian_axioms

No, because convicted child molesters are no longer human; ergo there is no such thing as "inhumane treatment" as regards them.

Every Saturday on every courthouse lawn in America these predators should be hung by the neck until dead. People should come out and watch, bring their kids. Have a hotdog vendor there. If there happens to be a lot of these predators then get creative. After hanging a couple, then shoot a couple. Then tie one between two monster trucks for the grand finale

I don't understand incarceration for these kind of people. Not only did he have insane amounts of child porn, but he was also molesting children. Unless he can actually contribute to society while incarcerated, there is no reason to let him live. I wouldn't want even one penny of my tax dollars supporting this man, yet we get to do just that for the rest of his useless life.

The original purpose of prison was to reform criminals into functioning members of society. We gave the death penalty to everyone else. Given that there is no "cure" for pedophilia, there is then no value to society in putting these people in prison.

Too true.

When it comes to these people we should just take out the garbage.

That's really good news! :-)

Shows there are still judges who're not compromised.

Hope he'll die in prison.

'Larry Nassar, 54, the former Team USA gymnastics doctor, was sentenced to 60 years in prison after pleading guilty in July for three counts of child pornography charges, reported France24.

Approximately 37,000 graphic images and videos of child pornography were found on his computer and hard drive. “He has demonstrated that he should never again have access to children,” said Janet Neff, a U.S. district judge, reported the Lansing State Journal.

Nassar received the highest possible sentence of 20 years on each count.

Nassar told the court that he was ashamed, telling the judge, “I’m going to take every day of your sentence to try to better myself.”

The doctor is also accused of sexually assaulting women, including underage girls from the gymnastics team. Aly Raisman, an Olympic gold medalist, said that Nassar began abusing her when she was 13.

McKayla Maroney, another Olympic gold medalist, referred to Nassar as a “monster,” and accused him of molesting her at age 13.'
