Warning: At the end of his story the author for some unknown reason lists charities supposedly created to help deal with this issue. Immediately posters in the comments field after the article question his recommendations as the most corrupt in the US. They're the same ones that have been outed by Goaters. I don't know if this was actually the author's original intention but I do find it rather coincidental.
