triangulation of information using diverse sources is the only way to get close to the truth in this media climate.

intergovernmental institutions like UN, worldbank, etc. no should be considered biased and not trustworthy these days.

Watermelon7

Doubt this is true, he has a band that looks suspect called pizza undergound...if anyhting he is probably suspect himself.

dreamwarrior23

After finding out that celebrities purposefully use tabloids to keep their name in the public or for whatever purpose, I wouldn't be surprised if some of these tabloid stories are true that came right from the celebs mouths, choosing this method to "come clean" without getting blackballed by the elites. The most interesting article was the one from Keanu Reeves, who CDAN said was looking or a way to get his story out. You really think that 100% of yournewswire is BS? There's some scary truths in there.

dreamdigital

See if you showed me this like a year and a half ago I would have written this article off as tabloid BS. But now, this stuff is quite real.

Millennial_Falcon

Flairing as possible disinfo. neonnettle is probable disinfo site, like yournewswire.

RageAgainstTheAmish

You know another child actor that knows all the players? Ricky Schroder he met the queen of England and knew all of Hollywood by age 10.

I don't get how this is legal to sell human leather though? http://www.humanleather.co.uk/faqs.html

See screenshot of prices for human leather products https://imgur.com/gallery/7qXNu

ListenUp

It's NOT legal to sell human leather, that website is not legal AT ALL... https://archive.is/rMIqs The company that owns the website is not legal, not registered in the UK, therefore they are not paying taxes on their profits. The owner, Sid Gautam, collapsed his house while trying to build a SUPER-BASEMENT and he's a dermatologist/surgeon...

Cc1914

Ok then ! Let's shut it down !! I read that about his basement !

CSokolof

How is it legal to do anything that they do ?

Cc1914

True

Fsumom

Kinda makes me wonder if a modest proposal is really satire.

thewebofslime

Human leather shoes do, indeed, exist. This article has a picture of a pair of them.

https://www.roadsideamerica.com/story/14910

There is even a company that openly admits to making products from human leather.

http://www.humanleather.co.uk/faqs.html

TheWorstImaginable

Is that a parody site though?

thewebofslime

Which one? I just checked to see if human skin shoes were even a real thing. Apparently, they are.

TheWorstImaginable

I ended up reading into it a little. Some dermatologist wanted to build a turbo basement where he would harvest skin or something. It could be that humanleather actually makes human leather, or they're just edgy.

ESOTERICshade

Second time this disinfo had made the rounds in the last two weeks. Reporting this post as spam.

dreamdigital

Exactly why I said "Authenticity needs investigating."

ESOTERICshade

Exactly why I said "Authenticity needs investigating."

No problem. One way I figure out of its spam it to search the headline in a search engine. If I don't see it come up under any reputable outlets I know its spam. There are several other spam sites that will fire off at the same time that neonette and yournewswire does and after a while you will recognize them. :)

dreamdigital

What's a reputable outlet anymore anyway? You can't trust any without doing your own research and investigating in to what is tue and what isn't.

Omnicis

not that I'm saying this story is real, but can you give any examples of a reputable news outlet?

Bets advice I can give on that is more to notice which ones run the story at the same time as yournewswire and neonette. Those are not trustworthy. What makes it even more confusing is that these sites also publish true stories on a regular basis too. Then all of a sudden they will just fire off these totally bogus ones. Its sort of a matter of time and pattern spotting in figuring it out.

But what im saying is this describes all news outlets.

SoldierofLight

Modern day National Enquirer.

AgainstPedos

Yet the NE published some stories ahead of everyone else which turned out to be absolutely true in spite of numerous naysayers. Same thing had always happened to CDAN Blinds. They were a way of exposing truth while protecting leakers. The latter could always claim the site had a rep of liars and therefore cover their tracks.

Factfinder2

No. It is the same as yournewswire, which is as unreliable as neonettle: https://hoax-alert.leadstories.com/3468724-fake-news-website-yournewswire-renames-itself-as-newspunch.html

dreamdigital

Thanks for the backup. Not sure. But I'm seeing this in a few places.

dreamdigital

I've tweeted him and ask about the authenticity of it.

carmencita

You are not going to get points for posting Neonettle It is thought of as disinfo. Just Sayin' Let us know if you get an answer to tweet.

dreamdigital

Exactly why I posted it. The only reason I did post it is that it's stating that these printing companies in Paris decided to take down all their articles an hour after they were released.

carmencita

Oh my. Pretty suspicious and odd as well. Hmm. Well let's see what comes of this.
